Newsletter sign-ups
When you sign up, we collect your email address, the consent statement you accept, the time of consent, and the source of the sign-up. These records are stored privately in WordPress and restricted to site administrators. The current form does not automatically send marketing email or synchronize sign-ups to an email service.
We use these details to maintain the requested mailing list and manage your preferences. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your sign-up by emailing us. If newsletter delivery is enabled, messages will include a way to unsubscribe and this notice will be updated to describe the delivery provider.
Website operation and preferences
Our hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the site. The newsletter form uses a short-lived, keyed IP hash for rate limiting; that rate-limit record expires after one hour.
The site stores your motion preference in your browser’s local storage so it can remember whether you paused animation. WordPress also uses operational cookies for signed-in users and administrative functions. Clearing browser storage removes locally stored preferences.
Analytics and advertising
This theme does not currently send browsing or shopping-click data to Google Analytics, Pinterest tracking, or an advertising pixel. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are enabled later, we will update this notice and provide applicable privacy choices before using them.
Affiliate and social links
Our Amazon links include an affiliate tracking tag. When you follow a retailer or social link, the destination may collect information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy notice. Third parties, including Amazon, may use these technologies to attribute traffic and purchases. We do not receive your Amazon payment details or shipping address from an affiliate click.

Retention and your choices
We retain mailing-list information while it is needed for the subscription you requested. If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we review and remove information we no longer need, subject to legitimate security, recordkeeping, or legal requirements. Copies in hosting backups may remain until those backups expire.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information. Send requests to the contact above. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. We do not sell newsletter sign-up details.
Children and changes
The newsletter is intended for adults. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. This notice may change as the site develops; the updated date will appear above.
